Can we have lemon tea???

just wanted to know if we can put lemon in our tea....i need to find a hot drink that i can stomach.....any suggestions

NOOOOO! nly tea from the leaf -no fruit and no flower. Citrus is really bad for the ketosis effect babes sorry.

Black tea and a sweetener? Or coffe and a sweetener? I love the peppermint tea -I used to ad a sweetener to that too til I got used to it. GOOD LUCK!
