I really don't know if u can use laxitives. Have u tried Fibreclear? I have problems some weeks and I just use a fair amount of fibreclear and it eventually sorts it out.

This will sound really gross but have you thought about suppositories? They erm, go in the other way so you're not eating them. Sorry for any graphic thoughts

Yes, you can use laxatives. I've used Senokot and Dulcolax.

I've also tried to get a stick of dynamite but they don't stock it in the pharmacy! Constipation has been the worst thing about this diet for me.

And people think your a boring cow if you don't have a drink! Cheek !!!

Psyllium husks work wonders for me whisked into a shake/soup when needed - they certainly keep everything... erm... regular!

Now I know this aint me, ie been gross, but it aint so much the regularity its more the, if you please, the consistancy the only analogogy I can think of is, do you know when concrete is delivered, well forget it mine is more like 24 hrs later and its set solid.
Afterwards it feels like, well my washing machine as broken and I have been down to the 'my beautiful laundrette';)
