Can you add salt or pepper to chicken soup?

Does anyone know if you can add salt or pepper or any other spice to the chicken soup???

Advice would be much appreciated

Hi sch, i take only the soup an i was told by the phamarcy you can add dried herbs, or a little spice as long as its dried.

Strictly speaking no! Some people do add things but it isn't recommended. Lipotrim is meant to help cleanse your pallet as well as help you lose weight. Also salt can lead to water retention!

not salt but ground black pepper, chilli flakes or halapeno flakes are all 'lovely' in it!!!! white pepper is nice too

Hehehe! I loved it for a couple of weeks, felt like I was having proper dinner etc and then one day I had it and just couldn't stand it after that! Made me gag

I thought yummy soup.. and i gaged the whole way throu, it's been like a year or more since i've had it, but it if i think of it, i can actually taste it.
