Can you alternate between 790 and SS on a daily basis?

Last week, or maybe the week before...can't quite remember...I had 300g of Cottage Cheese and lots of lettuce. Today I've done the same thing, although I'm SSing.

I know this probably is not the best thing to do, I have no excuse this time... I just walked into Tesco's, bought it, got the bus home, ate it.

I was just wondering if this is a really stupid thing to do? My weigh-days are all over the place, I've never once weighed and it was exactly a week from the last, I've weighed on every day of the week so I can't say a precise amount I've lost every 7 days or anything like that. I don't really know what to expect when I weigh in on Monday as I badly cheated this weekend just gone. Just started SS properly again on Sunday, but gave into the above this evening.

Sorry for rambling, lol, too much to say.
