Hiya the only 'diet' you can do when pregnant is Slimming World. I'm a ex WW but moved to SW when I found out I was pregnant. I'm currently 19 weeks and only gained 6lbs so far

    Sorry for barging in )

Like the posts said before, officially no. I have never understood why sw is allowed and ww isn't though! WW is about making healthy food choices, surely better for baby than the carbfest on sw!!

Personally I actually have found SW better than WW when it comes to healthy eating. When j was on WW I wouldn't eat fruit cos it had points now I eat far more fruit and no more stressing over how many points I've had.

Plus I don't fill myself on carbs, in fact I eat less carbs now then I did when I was on WW, also that's not what SW promotes. However everyone had their own view on how they want to diet.

Personally WW doesn't work for me and gave me another option to stay slim during my pregnancy unlike WW who couldn't offer that.

To be fair though that's not WW fault that's how you chose to use your points. WW promotes healthy eating just as much as SW does.

I totally agree but personally I find SW 'seems' to make it easier.
