Can you mix your days - Confused and need help!

S: 13st3.5lb C: 13st3.5lb G: 10st7lb BMI: 32.9 Loss: 0st0lb(0%)

I joined SW last week and went for my first weigh in last night - I put on 0.5lb?!?!

I have stuck to it all week (well so I'd thought), I asked my consultant what I was doing wrong last night but she doesn't really explain it well.

I want to know if you can mix the sort of days you have throughout the week e.g.

Mon - EE
Tues - Red
Wed - Green
Thurs - Green
Fri - EE
Sat - Red
Sun - EE

Also I want to know on EE days, if you have a snack that is only one type of free food i.e. pasta do you still need to have a third of your plate in superfree foods or is this only if you are mixing free foods e.g. potatos and meat?!?

Any help would be much appreciated as I was gutted yesterday!
