I have 15 normally, sometimes I only have 10, but it's not a conscious decision, it's just that I'm full and don't want anything else, but I always make a note how many I have in a day and if I have leftovers, then I use them up at the end of the week. The reason I have 15 is because if I get to a point where my losses slow down, I can reduce it to 10 syns and still be able to have some nice stuff.
