I save my syns up for the weekend!! it doesn't affect MY overall loss!!! Sometimes I feel it can quicken it and its nice to relax for a couple of days I just make sure I don't go over board with anything!!

About 105 a week for me I know you can have 20 a day but I stick with my 105!

I was going to start with 70 a week and see how i go. Surely the more you have, the slower the loss.

Apparently not! don't know why I have just been told that before check this thread for good info! I don't think I go over 70 but allow that few extra just incase!

I use my syns for the most part, every day, but if I have something coming up (like this week I had a BBQ) then I'll have 5 syns a day then allow 70 for that one day.

I have 15 normally, sometimes I only have 10, but it's not a conscious decision, it's just that I'm full and don't want anything else, but I always make a note how many I have in a day and if I have leftovers, then I use them up at the end of the week. The reason I have 15 is because if I get to a point where my losses slow down, I can reduce it to 10 syns and still be able to have some nice stuff.
