Can you save your syns

Hello

I just started on Monday night, I haven't been using all my syns, but would love a chinese chicken curry tomorrow night, can i use the syns I haven't used thru the week?
Does anyone know how many syns would be in a Chinese chicken curry? Or in a veg chow mien?
