Can you swap healthy extras?

It would be really good for my diet if there was a healthy extra option of nuts - anyone know if this is possible? I cant find anything about it online....

In the B choice there's a drop down menu for all the choices and thats where you can find out what to have for your B choices. Nuts are listed as a B choice

Just to note that the nuts are only a HEB on green days and not on red or EE

aye - i was looking at the red list in the first place - thats why I couldn't find them at first......
