Sorry to say - I've just checked that on SW's site & although lots of other brands of Unsweeteened Calcium Enriched Almond Milk are classed 6 syns/Healthy Extra 'A' for 1 litre - the Rude Health Unsweetened Almond Milk is 3 syns for 100ml - the only difference I can think of - is that the Rude Health option isn't Calcium Enriched.

If you post in the SW section as Mary suggests - someone might be able to give you more info!
