It's a bugger really isn't it?! A's provide calcium and B's provide carbs/protein/fibre hence why its one of each for a full rounded balanced diet blah blah blah
It is a bit of a bugger when you like lots of stuff from b section.
But I've figured out that if i have fruit and muller light for brekky, that leaves me HE a and b free to use for lunch!!!!
If you have used your a and still have a b left, you can use your b as cheese if you want. This is how it was when i was at class, think it is still same. But you can't have 2 b's and no a's.
Nearly all the healthy Bs are 6 syns so you know how much you need to count if synning them. A lot of the Bs you will be having as free on EE don't forget x
