Canned peaches

Hello

Does anyone know how much I can have on a HEx B choice for tinned eaches in juice?!

Cannot find it in any of the books I have!!

Sorry canned peaches are not a healthy extra option and would need to be synned instead

All tinned fruit has a syn value-even in juice-and obviously it'll be higher in syrup
