Dear all
I'm due to start re-feed tomorrow but I do have a question. Do I have to stick rigidly to the re-feed plan, i.e. having 2 meals on day 2 & 3 etc... or can I just continue to have only 1 meal per day for a week and then introduce 2 meals with just 1 shake and then finally in my 3rd week, introduce the replacement of the last shake with a meal, in effect, doing the refeed over 3 weeks?
I have to admit, I'm a bit scared of losing the security of my shakes despite finding them disgusting but I really don't feel ready to give them up completely. I'm not actually at goal and to be honest, if it wasn't Christmas next week, I would not be re-feeding. I'm only re-feeding so I can join in the Christmas and Boxing Day lunches with the family. I'm kind of thinking I can do a little bit of re-feed, sufficient to allow me to have some meat & veg and then maybe jumping straight back to 100% TFR until I get the last 1.5st off which I should do by end of Jan.
Thoughts/comments much appreciated.
