cant believe its not butter light

Hi is cant believe its not butter light.

All it has in my food optimising book is light or very light spread and not sure what they class this spread as?

Any help would be good

Just look at the calories - 1 syn for every 20 calories

When I used 1 level tblsp plus 1 level tsp it was 3 syns- but away from diary at the moment so can't break it down further for you.
