Cant find the Zip on my Fat suit????

S: 16st9lb C: 12st10lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 29.6 Loss: 3st13lb(23.61%)
I know I'm a slimmer person dying to break through I honestly feel like I've slipped into one of those fat suits and can't find the zip??!?!?!

Does anyone have any motivational tips or things they use to keep them going.... I'm currently a week into my next 6 week challenge where I'm hoping to lose around 12lb .....

Not following a strict diet just changing ba habits and making sensible choice and cutting portion size and upping the anti with the exercise
