Cant stop eating:(

    Please need advice I really need to lose weight but still eating rubbish! I don't know what's wrong with dont know what diet to start and I'm always depressed about it but feel so alone . I'm 5-2 I weigh 14-10 pounds really need to start getting rid of this fat any advice please

    Don't panic!! The first thing u need to do is throw out/give away all your unhealthy food and drinks, If there is no temptation at home u r more likely to succeed! Only buy healthy foods, fruit, veg, low fat dairy. Swap crisps for things like oat cakes. Eat a filling healthy breakfast like muesli, snack on fruit, buy wholegrain bread pasta and rice and drink lots of water. Use fry light to cook rater than oil. Have some sweet treats when u fancy but look at the calories before choosing!! Low cal jelly is great and low fat yogs eg muller light vanilla and choc. Make a plan of action and stick to it. Master healthy eating first then consider a diet if need be a but later but I'm sure u will see a huge difference if u try this for a few weeks. Good luck, u can do it!!!

    Hey there!

    Like Emma said give away your unhealthy food. Write down your diet as well and follow it. Try to eat 6-8 small meals a day as to avoid binging. Another technique that I do is to drink water before I eat, this helps me eat less since I feel full already. Write down your goals and you will achieve it. =)

    How are you doing RIGHT NOW?

    How has this last couple of days been for you? If you have been eating unhelpful/unhealthful foods then you can draw a line under it NOW and start afresh.

    What ways of eating (I hate the word diet!) are you considering? Make sure its one you can live with and even grow to love. There are many ideas on this forum......

    Sometyimes it helps just to write down everything you eat for a few days/ week. ALL the stuff..... however "good" or "bad". I have tried this in the past and found myself losing weight without a diet ~ as if I couldn't be bothered to write it (and face up to facts) I couldn't eat it.

    If I can help in any way ~ just holler!

    Its good that you posted here ~ post often and see what miracles the support here does!

    I have the same problem
    On day 3 of my diet.
    Day 1 went great.
    Day 2 not so good.
    Day 3 can't curb my hunger lol but fighting it the best I can, I lllllllovvvvvve eeeeeeatinnnnnng!!!!!!!!

    i think writing things down is a really good wake up call and it makes you think twice before sticking it in your mouth!
