cant stop thinking about food today

    SSS90day
    day started well i have had more than 2 l water plus a few coffees had a mango shake at 12 then was still hungry amd had peanut bar at 2.30 and just now decided to have a banana shake as really hungry and can only think about food today!
    slow tired and a medium headache which is rough as i had such a good day yesterday

    just messaging to keep me from cheating really

    i will have chicken and salad tonight !

    just want to go to bed!

    keep the focus on why you are doing this hun! You have a goal, you have a reason to lose weight, keep that in mind and have an early night

    not cheated yet
