Got on terrible... Ya have to have some sort of rhythm to do those DVDs and I definatley don't lol... I got 6 mins into it and I was like ok I'm making a complete ejit out of myself here lol... I turned it off and done EA Active 2 personal trainer on the ps3... A low intensity work out 20 mins... More along my lines. I'm not fit at all so I have to do low intensity and gradually build up.
Oh I know all about having no rhythm (two left feet here)! Well done on switching to Ea Active, I probably would have thrown in the towel altogether lol. I have it as well and do it along with 10 minutes abs and a 10 minute weights dvd.
