I ahve had a semi-skimmed cappacino today. Does anyone know how many syns this is, and whether I can use it as a HEXa and reduce the syns. Sorry, don't know why I ahd it, didn't even enjoy it that much. Thanks

Do you now the size, as it all depens on that?

You can count a 250ml semiskimmed cappuncino as your HEX a (this would be a 'small' size), but if it was bigger than this, you will have to syn the difference

Brilliant. It was a small one from work. Dunno exactly. What would I syn for a medium one, perhaps I should do this in case. IS ther nothing else in them then, is it just the milk thst's synful?

Yep - just the milk, unless you start adding flavoured syrups, chocolate sprinkles etc.

I have the Nescafe Cappuchinos and they are 3and a half syns each without the choco sprinkles. Im sure the skinny ones will be less than that too
