Do ratios matter too much? I rarely exceed 100g carbs but should I be eating more fat than carb?
Having trouble with fat tbh? I use oils & sausages & eggs, as well as a little cream now & then.. I eat nuts, but the carbs in them make me hold back on eating too many?
I know this is not technically a low carb diet, but do a lot of carbs matter if it's mainly from vegetables/a little fruit?
Like today, I'm having sweet potatoe & a banana, but I need the filling carbs for my trainer workouts cos we work really hard!!
