carbohydrate addicts diet anyone?

Hi There,

I have just found out about this diet, and am thinking of giving it a go. My eating is going out of control and I need to wind it back in again.

Can anyone give me any advise, or tell me what their weightlosses are like on this plan?

I am going to order the book soon.

Sorry to sound dumb but what is a carbohydrate addicts diet?

Is it the one where you eat one carby meal a day? I've seen a couple of people do it but not be very satisfied with their success and give up. Two people isn't a very representative number, though.

Oh ok thanks for explanation, errr yeah we need more replies so we can get a good sense of the losses on this diet.
So come on peeps anyone tried this it would be interesting to know the losses, and how long people have done this.
