As far as I know, SW doesn't count carbohydrates, so I don't think you need to worry.
I think that's ok, I've made a big batch of rice at lunch time and had the rest for tea as a different dish.

Yes that's absolutely fine on either green or extra easy days.

You can have an unlimited amount so long as you eat until you are satisfied - not until your going to burst

Strutting her stuff
Personally I always make sure that I don't have the same free food at more than one meal a day, so if i was having rice pudding at brekkie then I wouldn't have rice at dinner but maybe pasta or cous cous. Nor because of carb counting but just to ensure variety over the day.
