    hi i have has sw rice pudding for lunch and savoury rice for dinner is that too much carbs for one day xxx

    As far as I know, SW doesn't count carbohydrates, so I don't think you need to worry.

    I think that's ok, I've made a big batch of rice at lunch time and had the rest for tea as a different dish.

    Yes that's absolutely fine on either green or extra easy days.

    You can have an unlimited amount so long as you eat until you are satisfied - not until your going to burst

    I used to be a carb counter too, i still do mainly reds and have a green day when i'm feelin naughty even though i'm not??

    Personally I always make sure that I don't have the same free food at more than one meal a day, so if i was having rice pudding at brekkie then I wouldn't have rice at dinner but maybe pasta or cous cous. Nor because of carb counting but just to ensure variety over the day.

    Hey, I'm new to this forum but been doing slimming world for 5 weeks. I'm a 'proper' vegetarian, i.e I don't eat fish or yogurts with gelatine for example. Therefore my diet is carbtastic. But I've lost weight every week so far. You should be ok. Mmmmmm rice pudding
