Just wondering how many carbs are roughly consumed on the slim and save diet daily and what is the maximum amount of carbs we can have in a day and still stay in ketosis?
 
Hi, someone told me carbs should be no more than 60g per day and protein must be over 50g x
 
Carb tolerance varies from person to person but I try to stay below 60g of carbs in order to be sure of staying in ketosis.
 
Yep 60g for many people - a few people are higher but don't rely on that! A few unlucky people have to stay below 50g a day - reasonably rare though so don't worry about that unless you find it hard to stay in ketosis even when sticking to the diet 100%.
