Carnation rice puddin PP query

HELP

I really fancy some rice pudding and I have a packet of the carnation dessert mix in the cupboard which you make up with milk. Ive used the esource with the values on the packet & its coming up with 5pp for half the packet however thats made with semi-skimmed milk.

How do I work out how many points this is when made with skimmed milk? HELLLLPPPP MEEEEEE

How much milk is used in the recipe? If you find out the points for the milk then take that off and add the points for skimmed it will give he total. It's daft they don't put both values on as u could make it with water too or whole milk
