Carrot and Orange Cake

I tried adapting Stacey's Lemon Cake recipe into a Carrot and Orange cake and it worked really well. I poured the mixture into a large silicone muffin tray. Which makes 6 cakes and only 3.5 syns for 2 cakes woohoooo or 9 syns for the entire recipe.

I made this two days ago. It was delicious. I made 2 small loaf tins but next time will do muffins.
