carrot cake recipe

Found this in the morrisons magazine but can't work out how many syns it would be? its got no butter or oil in,it says one serving provides: 182 cal, 18g sugar,6g fat,1.7g saturates, 0.5g salt.
4 eggs
200g runny honey
300g grated carrots
zest of 1 orange
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp ground allspice
50g raisins
50g currants
50g walnuts, roughly chopped
275g plain wholemeal flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

For the lemon icing: 200g light cream cheese (could use quark instead?)
50g icing sugar (Sweetner instead?)
Zest of 1 lemon.

1. Pre heat oven to 170/325f/gas 3
beat together eggs & honey until well combined then stir through the carrots, orange zest, spices, raisins, currents & walnuts.
2. mix together the flour, baking powder & salt. Add half the carrot mixture, stir then add the rest & mix well until combined.
3. Pour into a 20 X 20cm cake tin & put in oven for 1 hour.
4. Mix all the lemon icing ingredients together until smooth, allow to set in the fridge.
5. After 1 hour remove the cake from the oven.
6. Once cool, spread with the icing 7 lemon zest . Keep in the fridge.

Those stats equate to approx 9 syns per serving.:eek:
