cauliflower advise pls

Hi, could somebody please tell me how they make cauliflower cheese, and also cheese sauce, thankyou x

I just lightly steam/boil cauli, pop into an oven dish and combine cream, cream cheese and strong cheddar, nutmeg and seasoning pour over cauli and bake in the oven until browned...cheese sauce is the same combination minus the cauli and nutmeg
