ps any tips for roast potatoes?
:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

You should be fine with that as long as it is the amount determined for the hex's eg 28g of cheese. The Hex'x are just for you so you should be able to times that by the amount of people and that would be fine.
I do my roast potatoes by parboiling them and then shaking them up in the pan to get fluffy edges. Then I spray the oven tray with fry light and put them on top. The I spray some more fry light on the top. I also put a bit of sea salt over the top.
Remember, you can use the meat as a HEXB, you just have to weigh it

How did you get on, ooffii?
