Sorry but it was awful!

I love cauli, but what a waste ! It was horrid and no sub for rice! I will keep to my cauli mash thank you.

I thought it would be lush as everyone seemed to rave about it

hmmmm doesn't sound very appetising to me or the cauli mash, maybe with cottage cheese mixed in!

Cauli mash with some hea cheese is lovely , the rice is just blurgh!
It didnt help that I had it with a thai curry I made that was just to spicey ;(

I agree don't like cauli rice but LOVE cauli mash - having it tonight with beef in a cider & mustard sauce :drool:
