Hi there I don't join my class until tomorrow so wondered if anyone can help me out on the syns value, I'm guessing at 2.5 as they are 50 cals but would appreciate knowing

I buy mine in tesco or b and m, if you pop them in the microwave for about 15 seconds they double in size! I love them for my sweet treat

Thank you! I'll have a look in B&M tomorrow when I'm in town. And maybe I need to have a proper look in Tesco, it was rather half heartedly I looked...
