Hiya. I did slimming world about 5 years ago and lost 1/2 stone. Kept it off for a few years but 2 years ago it startd to creep back on and been yoyoing ever since. I found out tonight at my first weigh in how bad the damage is. I reckon it will be about a stone.

I am going to Egypt in 7 weeks so thats good enough motivation to be good and stick to plan.

So keeping an online food diary to

Wednesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast
Sachet of Porridge oats 28g - Is the a HE B ?

Skimmed milk from HE -375ml.

Lunch
Tuna, cucumber and pasta with salad

Dinner - SW recipe Kheema Curry, rice and brocoli

Snacks - Apple, Mullerlight yoghurt, mixed fruit salad.
Salt & Vinegar French Fries

Ginger and lemon Tea
Black coffee
1.5 litre bottle of water
