Hi everyone,

I was a member here a few years ago and lost 2st on Slimming World for my wedding. At my lowest weight I was 10st 3lb. A few years (and a couple of kids) later, I'm ready to get back on track. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been, 12st 9lb. Hoping to get down to 10st 7lb by summer 2018 and I'm setting myself a mini goal of a 1 stone loss by Christmas. As a busy working mum of two young children I know that it's not going to be easy but I'm very determined. Preparation and planning ahead will be key! Weighing in at home on Thursdays.

Will post my food plan each Sunday for the week. Starting this week's meal plan on a Tuesday. Today is day one of my journey!!

Tuesday 17th October

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with low fat milk, apple & a cuppa.

Snack: banana & tea

Lunch: butternut squash soup, leftover sw pulled pork.

Snack: yogurt and strawberries

Dinner: Chicken, mushroom & broccoli pasta bake.

Snack: Tea & purple snack.

Wednesday 18th October

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with yogurt and berries

Snack: banana & tea

Lunch: leftover pasta bake

Snack: soft boiled egg in a cup

Dinner: SW fry with chips

Snack: Tea & small wispa

Thursday 19th October

Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries

Snack: Apple, grapes & tea

Lunch: Salad , fruit & mullerlight

Snack: banana

Dinner: SW wedges with bacon, onion & cheese

Snack: Purple snack & tea

Friday 20th October

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs in a cup, fruit salad, mullerlight

Snack: banana

Lunch: wholemeal sandwich with ham, cheese & tomato

Snack: beans & scrambled egg

Dinner: SW spice bag with chicken

Snack: Small glass wine, small wispa

Saturday 21st October

Breakfast: Fruit salad, yogurt, 2 eggs & beans

Snack: banana

Lunch: wholemeal sandwich

Snack: fruit salad

Dinner: SW chips with mushy pea curry sauce

Snack: Small glass wine

Sunday 22nd October

Breakfast: overnight oats

Snack: fruit salad with yogurt

Lunch: butternut squash soup, SW quiche

Snack: banana

Dinner: SW stir fry

Snack: tea & purple snack
