    Good Morning people.

    I originally lost 3 1/2 Stone on SW a couple of years ago. Kept it off for a year or so and then slowly but 2 stone back on.

    Well I need some motivation to stay on track. I started off really well but the Bank Holidays and going off visiting people have made me lose focus. When I was trying to maximise my weight loss before I go away end of may for a 2 week cruise that will see temptation my way everywhere ;) So I have decided to share my food diary. Im finding it hard to cook for one (recently parted ways with my OH).

    The online site say I have 33 Daily and my leader says 34.

    I have recently changed my weigh in day from Saturday to Thursday as I found I was missing groups due to commitments and tasks I can only do at the weekend and I want to be able to get the best out of meetings.

    Friday just gone I have dedicated to my weeklies til next Thursday as I went out for a meal with friends.

    I look forward to sharing my journey with you.

    Saturday

    Breakfast:
    2 Slices of WW Malted Danish bread 3 pp
    Flora Lighter than Light 1pp
    Low Fat peanut Butter 3pp

    Lunch:
    WW Oval Chicken Pizza 6pp
    Salad 0pp

    Dinner:
    WW Chicken Curry and free veg 8

    Snacks:
    Snack a Jacks caramel 3pp
    1 Pack of WW ginger lemon cookies 2pp
    1 Pack of WW Raspberry white choc cookies 2pp
    200ml Skimmed milk 2PP
    Apple & pear

    Breakfast:
    2x soft boiled eggs 4pp
    WW Malted Danish Bread 3pp
    Flora extra light spread 1pp

    Lunch: Tesco Light Choices Tuna and Cucumber Sandwhich 7pp
    Apple 0pp
    Pear 0PP

    Dinner: 115g salmon &ree veg 5pp
    Curried butternut squash soup 0pp
    WW Pink grapefruit yogurt 1pp


    Snacks :Curly wurly 3pp
    Strawberries 0pp
    2 x pack WW lemon and ginger cookies 5PP
    WW Raspberry & White choc cookies 2pp
    Snack A jacks jumbo caramel 1pp
    200ml Skimmed milk 2pp

    Bang on daily target.

    Back in the office where I usually fail!

    Breakfast : Oat so simple 3pp, 180ml SKimmed milk 2pp, banana 0 pp

    Lunch: Warburton's square Wrap 4pp, 1pp Laughing cow light triangle 1pt, 30g wafer thin turkey ham 1pp, Salad 0pp
    Curried butternut squash soup 0pp

    Dinner: 165g Chicken 4pp, 1/2 Jar WW Tikka sauce 3pp, 100g boiled brown rice 4pp, salad 0pp

    Snacks: Snack a jacks sweet chilli flavour 3pp. Apple & pear 0pp. 2 x WW Mini chocolate Cupcakes 5PP, WW mini victoria sponge 3PP

    All dailies used and 1pp from Weekley allowance.

    Breakfast: WW Lemon yogurt 1pp, Banana 0

    Lunch 100g Chicken 3PP and 0 points salad, Curried BNS Soup 0, Morris eat Smart French Dressing opp

    Dinner: 125g Tuna 4pp, Asparagus 0pp, Sugar snap peas 0pp Mange Tout 0PP

    Snacks: Co Op crispy chocolate bits 1pp - Got hi jacked at my desk at 8:20 this AM. But was pleasently surprised at how good this was and how low in PP

    Apple, Pear, Banana 0 PP
    Snack a Jacks Jumbo BBQ 1pp
    Snack a jacks Jumbo Salt & Vinegar 1pp
    WW Ginger & Lemon Cookie 2pp
    WW Raspberry & White Choc cookies 2pp
