CC from today and advice needed

Hi All,

I'm back and this the only thing I can do with a good chance of it working.

Some of you know my story but the latest is that I tried a VLCD for 5 days up to yesterday.

I weighed in at 13st 7 last Thursday and going to weigh this Thursday and thereafter. I'm 5ft 1 and not done much formal exercise for a year and lost quite a bit of tone.

Going on holiday in now 11 weeks time and want to feel good about myself. I'm not going to lose as much as being on a VLCD so I think shape is going to be the best measure.

I don't normally lose much on CC and want some flexibility on the weekend.

So what about:

1. M-F 1400 cals and 3x exercise and up calories to 1600 cals on weekend.

Or

2. M-F 1500 cals and 3x exercise and on weekend have one portion controlled treat meal?

Advice please?
 
Why not try it and see how you go. Whatever works for you hun. Good luck xx :)
 
Its trial and error but the main thing is sticking to what you're allowing yourself to have, if you're eating less than you burn off you're going to lose weight, I eat little throughout the day but have a decent sized meal in the evening and that seems to work for me! Good luck
