So I've never done a diary before, and I thought now is as good a time as any to start.
It's day 6, weigh in tomorrow, and I'm doing ok.
This week has been tough, but I've been writing everything down as I drink/ eat? It, and noting feelings too.
So far I have noticed I'm not hungry in the mornings, or evenings particularly. I just *want* to eat. Habit I guess.
I've also noticed that my dd gives me her plate when she has finished out of habit - because I always finish it for her ( as well as my own plate of course!). So now I totally realise one place where I have been overheating. Bless her, she now tells me she has finished and pops her leftovers in the bin. The actual bin, not my mouth

I'm loving the shakes so far, especially the Mango. Really really nice.
Water intake is about 3500ml a day, plus the liquid from coffee and the shakes so I'm hoping that's enough?
