Just DO NOT cheat. That will send you close back to the start. You need your body to use up all it's carbs it has stored before ketosis starts. Eat and you add more carbs and it takes longer to get in ketosis.

Thanks Spannerpan You are right it's far easier when we think of its as a CHOICE. Will remind myself that everytime I am tempted to eat
