I'm on day 9 of ss.my consultant has not txt or rang me for 5 days! I'm just wondering if this is normal??? Tia xx

When you had your first appointment with your consultant, did she/he not book you in for your weigh in after week 1? Usually you get weighed once a week. Sounds like you may have bought more then a weeks worth of shakes then? x

Hi, yes I wanted to get weighed every Monday but wanted to start ASAP Friday so bought 10 days worth of shakes. I get weighed 2mrw! Fingers crossed she txt me the first 4 days and I've heard nothing since?when I first met her she said you don't mind me texting you everyday do you!!! I said 'no I need it'! How long have you been doing it? Xx
