CD following surgery

Can anyone help? I had breast surgery 4 weeks ago and want to start back on SS. As I'm eating terrible anyway it's noy as if I'm getting my nutrients anyway. I figure I'd be getting more on CD. Any advice?

I think its 3months after any kind of surgery.

Yes Becky's right I was due to have a big op next week and was told I couldn't SS for 3 months after. Your body needs extra protein to help with the healing process. I put my op off until august, should be at goal then.
