CD RE-Runner...Back from 2005

Hiya,

I was on CD in 2005 and lost just short of 4 stone.

Since then I have had another baby and very stupidly had a gastric band. But realised that it wasn't the magic fix I thought it would be. CD is the only thing I have ever done that worked.

My husband is in the Armed Forces and deploys early January for 6 months and I have an incentive. For him to return and not know me, and to wear a size 12 for going to see Take That at Wembly on the 9th July...I have never ever been size 12....

You have done well on CD before and you will again as you have plenty of motivation.

my aunt's sister has had a gastric band fitted and has lost less than me in a month. it's crazy that people put themselves through surgery when cd is amazing. my aunt said that she's addicted to food though and the gastric band was her last resort. how will your gastric band fit with cd then?
