CD to atkins.

Any one who's had a break from CD, have you ever gone to Atkins to maintain ketosis?

Am curious as to how well it worked! Thanks!!

Lots of people have done just that. Staying in ketosis is a very valuable thing! Makes the diet journey so much more pleasant lol.
