Ceekay's After Cambridge Diet

loved the body combat class.. gonna be a regular thursday thing!!
am looking to try a couple of other classes too.... LBT, pump,and stretch and see which one(s) to add to my regular gym sessions.
have part 3 of gym induction on monday night, which i'm looking forward to, and that will give me the rest of my programme to do for hour and half, 3 times per week...
just have to get into a routine lol
