celeriac chips ??

hey jim !!!!
saw youre post about celeriac chips on veg thread and just wondered how they are made, might try them with my burger tonight .seeing as i enjoyed them as roasts x

I think I replied to that Sukie.

Basically I treat them like normal chips. Make sure they are dry and the cooking oil is V. hot.
