Celeriac.... What can I make with it please

Celeriac.... What can I make with it please, as you can tell i have never chopped or cooked with one... any help appreciated. Thank you.

Par boil it for 5-10 min, season them and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes like you would with sw chips

makes really nice mash as well, sometimes will do half and half with potatoe, sometimes on its own.

I boil the celeriac in cubes until soft in a stock cube water.
Then frylight them in a pan until brown with some herbs and garlic. de-lish!
