Cellulite isn't something that is unique to overweight people.

It's a phenomenon suffered by women because of the way we carry fat.

The best way to lessen (cos it's nigh on impossible for any women to rid herself of cellulite) the appearance of cellulite is to detox and body brush. Mostly body brushing.

Body brushing is so good for your circulation and it's quite invigorating. I use on dry skin with a dry brush.
Brush away from the heart to help rid your body of toxins.

My cellulite has dramatically improved since doing CD - I think its because of all the water. I still have a lot of weight to lose though, about 3 stones so dont know if it will go completely.

there are so many theories about cellulite i always find myself getting confused! Even babies have cellulite so what hope do I have?!

I am sure that with the high volume of water we drink it HAS to improve but I'm afraid I'm no expert on this one. sorry!
