cereal in mornings?

The shakes just arnt doing it for me in the mornings just now. Would it be ok to have 1 weetabix with skimmed milk and then the shake a wee bitty later? Like have the cereal as an early snack? Think id be fuller longer this way. :D
 
All im doing is having 1 of my snacks earlier in the day ie as breakfast. Not adding anything different, just changing about the order id have my grub.
 
Yea exactly! Was really hungry before i changed things about. Works perfectly for me now. Well done on your losses btw. Fabby :D
 
Loser i do that. 1 weetabix and 90ml of skimmed milk is 100cals so i have that as my snack/brekkie then a shake mid morning. Keeps me satisfied so much longer x
