Are you just having weetabix and milk? Try with fruit and Muller light yogs, so much nicer. I have the weetabix crunchy bran, it was 42g,but I am told in the new book it is only 35g. Still with a banana or raspberries on top followed by a yog it makes a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
