Challenge 1

Day 1 of low GI and gluten free diet. Sticking to Rosemary Conlys plan for the first two weeks.

Challenge is to lose ten pounds in the two weeks!!!!!
 
That's a lot of weight to lose in a fortnight! Take it easy on your body and eat well, you'll lose weight for good if you go slow and steady. I love Rosemary Conley's dvds, she's a great inspiration. Good luck Dreaming11. :D
