I won't have my first weigh in til next Tuesday as my pack only arrived an hour ago so will be starting tomorrow.

You just need to decide how much you want to lose during June - most people go for about a stone a month - and then copy and paste the list and add yourself. Good luck with exante. I've been doing it for just over 5 weeks and have lost 17lb. Weight loss is usually greatest in the first week.

Not even half pound off this week so may as well not bother updating my stats :-( In fact I've gained a pound since my mid-week weigh in so I need to remove the pound I'd lost on my stats above :-(

OK, just started today so a bit less time than everyone else. Might be setting my sights high but by the end of the month I am aiming to lose 20lbs hopefully I will have a big first week loss. I would therefore be back down to 17s mark & also have gone below a BMI of 40 :)

I'm basing this on my losses on LL, anyone who has done both LL & Exante have you found losses the same or not??

Good luck Emma. It's good to set your goals high - better than settling for something too low. Gives you something to aim for. Even if you don't hit 20lb I'm sue you'll have a massive loss by the end of the month if you stay on track!:)

Yes think I have a STS week coming up! Had a couple of do's and quite a bit of food, and even though i kept it low-carb, its been very fatty! Oh well, we'll always have things that will get in the way for a bit, can't exactly shut ourselves away for months til we reach goal!
Decided not to drink today at sisters and sister-in-law birthday bash and I'm off for a run in a bit. Damage limitation :D x
