Challenge of the week for me :)

Full Member
Drink at least 2 x 500ml bottles of water
do at least 15 mins of exercise 3 times a week
Eat at least 3 fruits a day


Anyone else got any challenges for there next week

I've fallen of the wagon the past few weeks, but tomorrow is the 1st. So it's time to start again. So my challenges are

Stick to 1200 calories a day
Exercise
Bin the diet sodas and energy drinks for green tea and water.
 
I need to drink more this week, I do a stupid thing where I get upset and don't drink :s
Need to earn back the rest of those 400 calories from monday! 170 to go!

Good luck with the fruit and veg, it's fairly easy.. but make sure you eat it instead of stuff, not on top - that's the tricky bit!
 
Well start of the week and my challenge is going okay

I had cucumber, lettuce,runner beans and carrots
I did 15 minutes of the bike (in the garage and its cold brr, it must be determination)
I didn't drink a lot of water though today, but onwards and upwards

how is everyone else challenge going?
 
I earned back my 400 calories over last week, but I also stupidly underate two days in a row.. by 600 calories ish, really don't want my metabolism to slow down lol,

Drinking slightly more this week, but still not enough.
Can you not move exercise bike inside? Couldn't be facing this cold!!
 
today i have drank about 3 bottles of water wooop
and the bike inside - it was once inside but it got in the way so we have put it in garage
 
Exercise
Monday - 15 mins moderate (stationary Bike)
Tuesday - 10 mins moderate (stationary Bike)
Wednesday - 12 mins moderate (stationary Bike)
Thursday - 25 mins of walking dog and 45 mins on Wii Fit Plus

Water
Monday - not too much
Tuesday - about 3 bottles of water
Wednesday - about 3 bottles and a pint of water at home
Thursday - coffee, half a pint of water and 1 bottle of diet pepsi, i will also be having three bacardis tonight with diet coke

Fruit & Veg
Monday - Carrots, Runner Beans, Lettuce, Cucumber
Tuesday - 1 whole cucumber
Wednesday - banana and grape
Thursday - nothing so far :(

Oh my a whole cucumber? they make me burp like nobody's business lol

This weeks challenge is to drink a green tea every day and drink more water.
 
haha i love cucumber if i have some cucumber at work i end up eating the whole thing lol :)
