How long have you been in asbstinance and if you don't mind me asking how have you done?
 
I've been in abstiance for just under 11
weeks
I've found it a breeze to be honest
 
HI everyone

Feeling a bit c**p tonight. I suffer from lymphodema which means I retain a LOT of fluid especially round my legs and tonight I seem to be suffering and I am really worried that I am not going to lose on Monday in fact I feel like I have put on - I hate this condition!!!

Oh Milli - sorry to hear you're feeling down. Focus on the longer term downward trend rather than the weekly result. Fluid will come and go. But stay abstinent and the fat will be lost each and every week, regardless of the fluid retention. I have had a gain one week, purely due to fluid retention.

Lost only 0.7lb this week - sounds odd I know but 0.7 sounds better than half!
Very disappointed though but onwards and downwards!
